* non-voting board positions The Byron Bergen Sting Soccer Clubs holds Board Meetings the second Monday of each month. Please refer to our online Calendar for specific dates and times. These meeting are held at the Gillam Grant Community Center and are open to the public. We encourage input from the community, however we require that any topic that would like to be discussed at a board meeting be placed on our agenda in advance of a meeting. Please contact our board President or Secretary no later than three business days before a meeting to request that your topic be placed on the agenda.
